   9.00 am – Graduands are expected to be seated in the hall venue for a brief talk.
   10.00 am – Convocation Service Commences
   17th July, 2015
   11.00 am –  Granduands are expected to be seated in the hall venue for a brief talk.
   12 Noon – Convocation Lecture commences
3. Convocation Ceremony
   July 18th, 2015 – 10.00am
   Provision of accommodation for Graduands
