Borrowing services are provided at the circulation desk at the entrance of the Law Library. Questions about requisition, renewing, or any other relevant matter can be answered at the circulation desk, or over the phone.
Borrowing privileges are limited to current members of the Benson Idahosa University Law Faculty staff and students with valid library identity card. The standard loan period for circulating materials is as applicable in the main library.
All borrowed books are subject to recall after they have been borrowed for more than the time stipulated on the date due slip.
Periodicals. Journals, primary source materials, and lose leafs are not borrowed out from the library.
Returned books that have not been requested for by another library patron may be renewed, but renewal limit is only once.
Books recalled for other patrons cannot be renewed. Overdue fines are as applicable in the library.
