FORMAT FOR ACADEMIC STAFF CURRICULUM VITAE

To facilitate the work of the various Appointments and Promotions Committee and the Appointments and Promotions Board (Academic), the following uniform format of staff curriculum vitae shall be adopted.

SECTION A:  GENERAL INFORMATION:

  1. a. Name: (Underline Surname)
  2. Date and Place of Birth
  3. Marital Status: No. of Children (with ages)
  4.  Nationality
  5. Permanent Home Address
  6.  Current postal Address
  7. Present Position/Salary per annum
  8. Post for which applicant wishes to be considered
  9. Department into which the applicant is to be appointed.

SECTION B: QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Academic Qualifications:
  2. Degrees (with dates and granting bodies)
  3. Diploma and Professional Qualifications: (with dates and granting bodies)
  4. Teaching and Professional Experience:
  5. Employment/Professional experience  before appointment in Benson Idahosa University.
